Febflow Standard
Application:
Plasticiser/Water Reducer for ready-mixed and site-mixed concrete.
Description:
Febflow Standard is a powerful plasticiser which greatly increases the workability of the concrete in many applications such as ready-mix, precast, prestressed, concrete block manufacture and domestic concreting. Benefits include easier mixing and placing, reduced water demand, higher strengths, overall quality and better economy by allowing cement reduction.
Febflow Standard is added to the mix with the water at the rate of 115 -225 ml per 40kg of cement or 3 - 6 ml per kg of cement. Often test mixes need to be done to determine the correct dosage rate depending on application, aggregates and site conditions.
