Bonding Agents
A bonding agent can be used as a direct additive in lieu of water in concrete mixes to control hydration and prevent moisture loss.
When properly mixed and applied, the bonding agent forms a bond between the new and old concrete, resulting in a surface that is typically stronger than the original concrete. Concrete bonding agents function equally effectively on interior and exterior repairs between new to old concrete.
They create an excellent bond to concrete, offering outstanding adhesive and impact strengths. Abrasion resistance is also enhanced. The resulting finish is hard, durable and weather-resistant, costing far less than polishing.
Our bonding agents are all manufactured to the highest standard and are ready to pour. They will not stain or discolour concrete and require no additional mixing.
