Aquaseal Hyband
Application:
Self-adhesive flexible flashing tape.
Description:
Febflex Aquaseal Hybands are self adhesive, ready to use, instant and permanent flashing bands, suitable for sealing damaged roofs, eaves, RSJ's, vents, cappings, and gutters. They are also suitable for emergency repairs to glass and repairs to glazing bars and rooflights. Febflex Aquaseal Hybands can also be used for sealing leaks in cars, vans, trucks, and caravans.
Febflex Aquaseal Hybands provide an instant seal, which is weatherproof and has very strong adhesion. They have many applications and are easy to apply, providing a lasting bond, which can be moulded around contours if necessary Febflex Aquaseal Hybands are a heavy duty metal foil, coated with a layer of bituminous based, pressure sensitive adhesive protected by a quick release silicon paper.
Before applying the hybands all surfaces must be sound, stable, clean and dry, and any dirt, dust, old flaky paint or mastic should be removed thoroughly with a wire brush.
Packaging:
All rolls are 10m long and come in 50, 75, 100, 150, 225, 300, 450 and 600mm widths.
