Colourless water repellent.

Description:
Febsilicon is an external surface applied colourless water repellent for cement rendering, concrete block and some natural and artificial stonework. Febsilicon penetrates deep into the surface leaving a silicon barrier preventing rain and dampness entering the wall. This helps to keep the surface clean and reduces mould, algae growth and discoloration.

Febsilicon is applied with a brush or low pressure spray to a thoroughly cleaned and dry surface. Coverage varies according to porousity of surface, but should be approximately 6m² per litre.

CAUTION: FLAMMABLE LIQUID - Use with adequate ventilation
